Cory Ryan is the Managing Director of RedRidge transaction advisory team. Cory advises both private and public clients on transaction, capital strategy, valuation, accounting, and tax matters. His vast experience consulting in both a debt and equity capacity provides for insightful solutions for our clients.

Cory has led and managed hundreds of transaction advisory engagements in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail, transportation, construction, and healthcare.

Cory appeared as a guest speaker at the Chicago ACG Capital Connection on the topic of financial due diligence and valuation of privately-held businesses. Additionally, he has co-presented on business valuation and forensic accounting topics to a number of Chicago law firms.

Cory earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and Master of Accountancy from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Illinois CPA Society.
