Andrew provides buy-and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients at RedRidge. He has served private equity and corporate clients, with deal sizes valued up to $500M and has experience leading numerous M&A buy-and sell-side due diligence projects across a variety of industries including: software, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, technology, food service, and construction.

Prior to joining RedRidge, Andrew spent two years in the audit practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) and four and a half years in the transaction services group at Crowe LLP (“Crowe”). At PwC, Andrew performed GAAP audits for PCAOB and AICPA clients in the real estate and manufacturing industries. His experience as an auditor allowed him to transition to a transaction services role at Crowe. At Crowe, Andrew served as a manager leading engagements in a variety of industries, taking on all responsibilities for the engagement including client, project, and team management. Andrew focused exclusively on M&A due diligence projects during his time at Crowe.

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University. He is a CPA licensed in the state of New York.
