Matt Rasul is a Director at RedRidge and oversees Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations for the firm.
With more than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition recruiting within public accounting and professional services firms in the United States. Matt has spent over five years with the nation’s 5th largest accounting firm where Matt was instrumental in building a relevant, high-impact recruiting reporting structure and system. Most recently Matt was serving as a National Senior Manager within BDO’s Advisory Practice. Matt has recruited top-tier talent across Transaction, risk, financial and technology consulting practices. Matt’s style is to take the time to understand what candidates want in a new career opportunity and to ensure candidates are only considered for positions that align with their skill-sets, experience and personal preferences.
Matt is heavily involved with diversity in the workplace and is an active member of ALPFA, ASCEND and NABA organizations. Most recently Matt was a speaker and panel board member at the national ALPFA conference held at the Gaylord Texan Resort in 2016.
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Texas and has completed coursework in pursuit of a Master’s in HR and Accounting.
