Dave Norris – COO of RedRidge – provides leadership, management and vision to help grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency with 20 years of experience in the financial world.

Dave works closely with top tier commercial banks, national commercial lenders, private equity funds and both private and publicly traded strategic buyers – advising on a wide range of M&A issues including carve-outs, joint ventures, bankruptcies, working capital disputes and integrations for deals ranging from $50 million to over $10 billion.

Formerly advisor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) based in Ireland, Dave gained valuable insight and experience managing M&A deals for private equity and strategic buyers across Europe, Asia and the United States. He advised on a wide range of M&A issues including carve-outs, joint ventures, bankruptcies, working capital disputes and integrations for deals ranging from $50 million to over $10 billion – including high profile multi-billion dollar acquisitions in the retail and healthcare space.

Since joining the RedRidge team in 2011, Dave has developed and executed an aggressive organic growth strategy for our financial consulting division – expanding our presence within the USA and UK.
